Guardian Angels

In the hospitals we introduced the concept of “Guardian Angels”. The purpose of this function is to appoint someone in the hospital who would be seen as the responsible person for the donated equipment, and who would guard the system and the renovated examination room as if it would be their own baby.

This role is an essential element of the Niched way.
